If that's the case, then you'll provide an actual citation in
which I did such a thing: date and post number, with quote. But
we know that you won't, because you never do, because you never
can, because I didn't say any such thing--it is simply Ian's
fantasy. You just continue to lie about me with no evidence.
The following seems to be the template for every thread Ian Parker
starts:
Parker: US soldiers in Iraq are carving up babies with their bayonets
and eating them for snacks.
Other poster: That's ridiculous!! Where do you get this stuff?
Parker: It's a matter of public record! Look at these pictures at
this link and this link and this link. Those soldiers are carrying
bayonets!! It's a matter of public record that US soldiers are issued
bayonets!! How can any reasonable person dispute the fact that US
soldiers are issued bayonets!! No matter how many times you deny the
fact that US soldiers are issued bayonets..etc, etc, etc.
Yes.
Should I just ignore all the slanders and lies, considering that they
come from an obvious mental case?
I notice that the vast majority of traffic on this newsgroup is from
mental cases and/or morons (e.g., Parker, Chomko, Elifritz, Guth,
leftist-nut-du-jour), many of whom attack me personally.
Is there any value whatsoever to my staying? Am I really defending
myself by even responding to them, and is it necessary (because it's
obvious to most that they're mental cases and/or morons, though sadly,
many seem to respond them as though they're not), or should I just
give up?
I really think that Usenet, at least in terms of sci.space.* is
functionally dead, considering what's now available on the web.
