Re: Mars the new game show

The Moon Landings were probably working to tighter margins than I am
proposing for Mars.
I dont think the US government would now take the risks they did back
in 1969. I dont think many people refused to watch because of the
danger back then.

The people who volunteer and are chosen for this would not be the
stupid people who appear on Big Brother who are chosen on purpose for
their low intelligence to ensure an entertaining program. They would
be the people with the best chance of survival.
I am proposing a return trip, although there is a good argument for
setting up a permanaent base with no plans for return to Earth.
