The people who volunteer and are chosen for this would not be the

their low intelligence to ensure an entertaining program. They would
be the people with the best chance of survival.
I am proposing a return trip, although there is a good argument for
setting up a permanaent base with no plans for return to Earth.

they took from us in the first place, and that was just for sustaining
another ruse/sting phase of their mutually perpetrated cold war. Of
course, USSR/Russia was doing the exact same thing to their fellow
minions and village idiots. (it always takes at least two to tango)
