A precursor of the MK-ULTRA program began in 1945 when the Joint
Intelligence Objectives Agency was established and given direct
responsibility for Operation Paperclip. Operation Paperclip was a
program to recruit former Nazi spies, scientists and experts in
torture and brain washing, some of whom had just been identified and
prosecuted as war criminals during the Nuremberg Trials.
Several secret U.S. government projects grew out of Operation

techniques on U.S. prisoners of war in Korea. The CIA wanted to use
similar methods on their own captives. The CIA was also interested in
being able to manipulate foreign leaders with such techniques which
could also be adapted to manipulate domestic leaders when needed.
Experiments were often conducted without the subjects' knowledge or
consent
QUESTION: Could these techniques have been used against those present
at the July 17, 1969 party at Martha's Vineyard, that later resulted
in the death of Mary Jo Kopekne?
Why didn't Simmons, the chaffeur drive the pair? He brought Senator
Kennedy to the party? What were his plans if Kennedy wasn't
returning? Why did he insist on Kennedy taking his keys and driving
Mary Jo himself?
The Senator said he had no recollection of events leading up to the
accident. What if that were literally true? What if Simmons or
another temporary helper of that group brought mind altering drugs to
the party with the intent of causing the Senator's death? or at the
very least, discredit him?
Again, without this event occuring THAT DAY - either well before or
well after - Kennedy would obtain a HUGE political bounce from the
moon landing - and people would scant remember that Nixon was actually
President that day.

Keeping a secret means you don't reveal the secret. period. Banising
evidence - what the hell does that mean? Obviously you have an issue
of trusting your parents or being abused by your parents. You can't
distinguish between say keeping a secret, and telling a lie.
Think about it. We bought Polly a new dress for her birthday, don't
tell her. That's a secret. It serves a positive purpose - to make
Polly's birthday more fun..
Telling Polly she didn't get anything for her birthday just to watch
her cry, or telling her she got a bike to see her disappointed when
she got her dress - is a lie - and mean spirited, and found out to BE
a lie when the day comes. Next birthday polly isn't going to listen
to you - in fact she'll be wary of you from then on out. That's true
for any liars.
Brad, this is the point you don't get. You can't change reality just
by deciding to do so. Newtonian laws of gravity or Maxwell's
equations don't stop working just because someone decides so. Those
who ignore the truth are at risk, because reality cannot help be what
it is the only thing you have to decide are you going to resopnd to
reality or are you going to respond to a fantasy? Responding to a
fantasy rather than reality puts the liar at risk.

Understanding that sometimes secrets are necessary, is not the same as
being a liar. Lying about obvious things - moon landings, life on
Venus,scientific knowledge - puts the liar at risk since reality

The keeping of such public funded research as secrets, or that of the
orchestrated exclusion/banishment of evidence is the exact same thing
as lying, especially when such secrets cause innocent folks to suffer
and die.
