Thanks to the current and previous administrations of liars and born-
again Mafia types, BHO has few options but to severely cut all aspects
of our NASA down to the absolute minimums.

All public funded agencies and special interest groups have to be cut,
enough to cause a savings of at least 10% below the 2009 budget. If
not NASA, then what else has to go?
