Superman kills everyone in Englandland, but after the US kills him
with a Kryptonite Bomb, the survivors of the Holocaust wind up
settling the British Isles.
....Personally, what I've always felt is that the major superpowers
needed to cordone off the entire area from the northest tip of Lebanon
to the southern tip of the Sinai so that nobody can get in and nobody
can get out, and simply let the Palestinians and their buddies in
Lebanon, Syria and Jordan have their heads handed to them once and for
all by the Israelis in a winner-take-all, no holds barred final
battle. The Judeans and the Philistines have been battling over that
mountainous desert since well before Samson's jawbone was still
attached to the donkey, and if they're not going to come to a logical
peace then by all means let them have it out and get it over with.
Even with no supplies coming in for any of the sides, my money's on
the Israeli armed forces simply because they're a *real* army and not
a bunch of cowardly schmucks hiding behind children while carrying out
hit-and-run tactics like a bunch of thugs.
