Yes, but the problem here is that the STS orbiters are not just any old
aircraft. These need a place where they can stay dry and uncontaminated
while awaiting the storm's passage. If the OPFs and VAB are damaged, then
they need a facility were they can be interned for the long term duration,
where they can be properly cared for.
