They don't have thermal protection for external use, and are not very
flexible -- they inflate when you're in the seat, and you stay in the seat
until pressure returns and you can get up and jump out. But for an assisted
vehicle to vehicle transfer, probably with blankets, they'd do fine.
Also, minimal stand-alone O2 supply -- use feed from seat until last
moments.
