You guys would bitch if someone beat you with a new broom! Any attempt
to compare 'canes with quakes is absurd. They both suk! The only
difference is, nowadays you get a "heads up" with' canes, last time I
checked you don't have that luxury with quakes, therefore, IMHO quakes
scare me a "bunch" more. I don't know about you but when Terra Firma
starts moving around there's only one way to go and I'm not familiar
with anyone that has wings! I've been lucky enough to have known a few
angels but that's another story. As far as P.R. goes, yes they've been
the unfortunate recipient of more than a few major storms. The
difference happens when relief shows up, ya'know ice, food and drinking
water. More than once, armed gangs show up, steal the goods, move down a
block and start selling them. Don't bother telling me it doesn't happen,
I've seen it, more than once....Oh yeah, I was born and raised in
Brevard and have an aunt, Uncle and 4 cousins in P.R. as well as a son
and sister in Ca.
Bottom line, do what you can beforehand, don't bitch if you didn't...
AND don't ever try to compare the two..........
Sorry if I've missed any of this thread, Brighthouse has been sporadic
lately....
