You are mistakendly assuming the loss rate will contnue as is. The problem with
that is theres no way to predict the next loss, while at the same time NASA is
issing safety waivers AGAIN, because of schedule pressures:(

Well were not going to be able to meet all the safety boards recomendations
before RTF, foam will still shed, no in orbit repair capability for major
damage, orbiters will exceed time between major repairs..Station cant be
finished by 2010 the suppsed end date for the program....

Oh well thats what waivers are for:(

Heck John Young asked oif anything had changed and was told NO.

This dies not bode well for future safety:(

Oh well the NEXT major accident will almost certinally ground the program
forever. With aging orbiters, not enough $$$, and lets fly attitude another
accident is to be expected.

Shuttle has too many ways to get dead:(

Meanwhile after over 2 years all that comes from nasa is studies, at least a
commitment with en to man rate our biggest expendables should of begun
immediately after columbia.

NASA wouldnt build anything new untill the shuttle is permanetely grounded:(
forever...

Sadly that will almost certinally involve more deaths....

All for the sake of a old jobs program:(
.
.
End the dangerous wasteful shuttle now before it kills any more astronauts....
