NASA is a special case because its success
depends critically on innovative technology.
Its administrator must be a high caliber
person who knows how to reduce the cost
of space transportation. A homosexual drag
queen who behaves like a prima donna would
be a perfect NASA administrator as long as
he knows how to reduce the cost of space
transportation.
President Bush is inclined to launch a massive
program of sending people to the Moon and Mars,
but he is not familiar with space technology
and does not understand that this program would
be prohibitively expensive unless the cost of
space transportation is reduced. Bush makes
important decisions too quickly and he often
blunders. Alas, there is no independent body to
correct his blunders.
