Don't you watch CSI? All it takes is a little computer time and you can get
any (high) resolution you want out of that low resolution image. ;-)
Seriously though, after 9/11, it's easier as a pointy haired boss to deny
the public access to such images than to go through the trouble of proving
to your pointy haired boss that there isn't really any risk of letting such
real-time images go public. It's not like you can keep the exact location
of a shuttle secret when it's sitting on the launch pad. There are only two
shuttle pads on the planet, and they're not mobile.
