ET LOX Feedline bellows heaters

One of the reasons for the launch pushback for STS-114 is the apparent need to install heaters on the LOX feedline bellows. As I understand it this is in addition to the already modified feedline incorporating the so called 'drip lid' arrangement.

I understood that heaters were considered but were ruled out at first due to the difficulty of installing them and the possibility that they could become debris themselves?

I don't have enough knowledge (or detailed information) on the heaters that are to be installed to know exactly what (and how) they have planned.

Any ET experts/gurus out there have any input to help demystify this for me?

Thanks

Peter
