What are we supposed to infer from your question?
That there exists a "new propulsion technology" but NASA is cuplably
failing to use it?
That NASA ahould have developed a "new propulsion technology" by now
but has culpably failed to do so?
That there simply must be a "new propulsion technology" because you
want more space activity so much?
