What evidence is there that the RCC has been damaged multiple times? Also,
damage to the tile doesn't necessarily equate to danger to the RCC. A large
range of sizes of foam pieces could damage one and leave the other
unscathed.

I think even someone as dull as you could tell the difference between being
pelted with popcorn from a speeding car and being hit with bread loafs from
the same car.
