So if the corporations could form a consortium with the government owned
aerospace entities (if the non corporate entities aren't companies how are
they referred to other than by name Never had that problem in corporate
Americas.) there would be peace in our time and the
Global Space Administration is a viable dream.
As I recall the vertical assembly building was built by an international
comsortium. Not sure but think it was German.
