I've got Comcast and get the NASA feed on
channel 76 and good quality streaming video.

Most of the time. Service has improved lately
and full screen mode for the New Horizons launch
was pretty good, using Windows Media Player. Other
sources for other launches may vary a lot in
quality and streaming ability.
