and expand on the statements you made:

Why is it?

What does "safest" mean?
Does it have a meaning?
Safest compared with what? Safest compared to other program orbiter
flight crews? Safest compared with driving along the highway?
Safest compared with staying in bed?

Can you elaborate, in your words, on what you meant by that statement
and what you mean, in your statements, by "safest"?
