Well, the first 24 Shuttle launches were fine. What's Ariane's excuse?
so one could argue that these were 'tests'.
I doubt the CLUSTER team felt that way...
Ariane 517 was the first flight of the ECA variant.
I'm sure HOT BIRD 7's and STENTOR's owners didn't mind at all when
their expensive satellites went into the Atlantic...
