We're talking one additional flight in 2010. Still plenty of time to
decide to refurb ET-94.

Or in summary - if they don't refurb it in FY08 or 09, it's probably
not happening at all.

Logically, the refurb work would be tacked on to the end of the
Shuttle ET work in '09-'10.

I think Derek's point is that the tooling/requipment may not be available by
then.
