It's too good to be possible.
It doesn't work like that. You can't merely take two entangled
particles, put energy into one and take the energy out of the other.
(If you could, then you could get a very nice faster-than-light
telephone, or even time machine.)
In quantum teleportation, you use entanglement to copy the quantum
state from one system to another using some sort of carrier particle or
field. Since you have to get the carrier to the rocket fuel, you may
as well just zap the fuel with a ground-based laser beam instead of
doing the much more difficult quantum stuff.
