I really liked the summary of good ideas at the end of that second one:
- RF replaces Ground Connections
- No Penetrations
- No Windows
No penetrations means no moveable aerodynamic surfaces, especially not
on the side facing the reentry blast. In other words, flyboys go home.
This is starting to sound an awful lot like a capsule.
