For the classical erlang loss queueing system M/M/c/c, where
 the first 'M': the Possion arrival process;
 the second 'M': the exponential service time;
 the first 'c': the number of servers
 the second 'c': no buffer.

1. I need to know the departure process of this system.How to model
the departure process? Poisson or IPP or MMPP or other
process?

2. If the system becomes M/G/c/c where 'G' represents the general
service time. Then, how to model the departure process?

I have checked a lot of books and papers and surprisingly to find that
no conclusion can find. Plz give some suggestions or keyworks. Many
thanks in advance.
