Hi!

In a survey applied to pupils, teachers, parents and school staff I've a
list of ten items/problems and the respondents must order the phrases
putting 1 in the most important subject and so one to 10, the less important
problem.

Question: what statistic approach must I do to find the real order of
priorities indicated by all respondents and/or by each group? It may be done
on Excel or I need another software?

TIA,

AF
