Dear Bob,
Thanks for your response. I have 10 input variables, 4 outputs and 45
samples. PLS shows two latent components for X and 2 components for
Y.

I'm also interested in learning and applying SEM (Structural Equation
Modeling) since It seems that the latent components from exploratory
FA match with what management has in mind.
