I assume you are referring to the syntax file from Raynald's site that
MDang suggested. Note that Ray's website address has changed to
www.spsstools.net, and the file in question is now located here:

   http://www.spsstools.net/Syntax/FA/FAwithSpearmanCorrelation.txt

I just ran it without any problems at all using SPSS 11.0.1 running
under WinDoze 2000 Professional.

Do you have a folder C:\temp on your machine? The syntax won't work if
that folder is missing.
