how to compute factor scores in structural equation modeling

Dear All,

I'm wondering how individual respondent's scores in CONFIRMATORY
factor analysis (or any structural equation modeling approach) could
be estimated (especially latent variables are correlated), as the
factor scores at the respondent level can be estimated in any
EXPLORATORY factor analysis.
   
Is this implemented in any commercial packages (AMOS, LISREL, EQS,
SETPATH)?
