Pie chart from frequency data in Data Desk?

I'm learning Data Desk, which came packaged on a CD ("ActivStats") with
a textbook I'm using for a course. The documentation is sparse at
best. I was playing around and trying to make a bar chart from
frequency data like

Red 30%
Green 20%
Blue 50%

(thinking of these as two variables) but I couldn't figure out how to
do this. Any help would be appreciated!
