i need your help for term paper about multi dimensional scaling.I have
to find basic algorithm
for MDS , All book and article refer to some program (like INDScal) but
they don't give simple idea.The reason why i need the algorithm,i have
to mix it with Fuzzy logic or clustering,
These processes can certainly be combined (fuzzy c-means, for instance,
is a combination of fuzzy logic and clustering), but I'm not sure why
you'd combine them for combination's sake. Could you elaborate on what
exactly you're trying to accomplish?

I'm being told I have to switch to MSSQL or Oracle but the customers can't provide justification to do that as yet and since we are only up to a couple of gigabytes of data replicated across machines I am always looking for informed explanations of why a switch is necessary;) i.e. why one database may be more appropriate than another. ...
