Statistics in 3D scatter plots

Hi,
I have several data sets which are composed of 3D coordinates like:

X1 Y1 Z1 X2 Y2 Z2
X3 Y3 Z3
0,23 1256 9,3 0,1 853 12
0,32 2536 4
0,12 1154 8,9 0,21 584 11
0,32 1545 3,1
0,21 1254 7,8 0,12 698 10
0,23 1875 2,5

Thus my question is if cluster 1 (X1,Y1,Z1) is statistically different
from cluster 2 (X2,Y2,Z2); if cluster 2 is different from cluster 3
(X3,Y3,Z3) and finally if cluster 1 is different from cluster 3. What
statistical test do you recommend that I could use?
