Re: Instructional videos on introductory statistics

Yes, those are about 15 years old. I've not viewed them for a long
time. However, at the time they were made they were done well. I still
have the textbooks that came with the original tapes, but not the
tapes. Although I'm not up-to-date on what's out there now, I have
some opinions (biases) against much of the more modern presentations.
Many of those are "how to use the SmartStat package" (my name for
commercial software) with minimal teaching of the underlying
principles. That's my opinion, for what it's worth.
