What is SE Skew?

How is the z-score for skewness (or kurtosis) defined? I've read it's
just the skew divided by "SE skew" but what is meant by SE skew? The
problem is that I need to find out if a sample is approximately normal
or not. I did some statistics courses as an undergraduate but I'm
definitely not a statistician.
Thanks,

Bruno
