Nonlinear curve fitting with error bar

Hi,

I would like to know how to fit data with error bars to a nonlinear
curve.
All numerical methods I know of do not take into account error bars of
the data, but I want to get a nonlinear fit passing through either the
actual data points or the error bars.

Any comment would be greatly appreciated.
