Exercise book on multivarite linear regression

Hi,

I have just started to attend a course on multivariate analysis, mainly
focused on multivariate linear regression in medical sciences. My
statistical knowledge is not zero even though I would say basic.
I would need a book with a lot of practical exercies just to improve my
approach to the problems in multivariate analysis world.

Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated
