What's E[Y] when X is 40? For any X in the given range, E[Y] is always
larger than X.

E[Y]=20+0.95X
where Y=production output by an employee after a training program
X = " " " before "
"
40<X<100
Since beta is 0.95, the training program does not raise productivity.
