AIDS/HIV data

Is there any data floating around regarding the link between HIV and AIDS?
Specifically, I would like a dataset that contains, for a number of
individuals, two categorical variables. Firstly, tested HIV positive (Y/N)
and secondly, diagnosed with AIDS (Y/N).
