RELIABILITY GRWTH CURVE WITH CENSURED DATA

Can someone tell me if it is possible to apply reliability growth
models (as AMSAA or DUANE) when the data you are treating is censured
by age?
If you don't know yourself, I'm also interested in documents that deal
with and explain those models.
