This looks very like a homework problem, and the "rule" around here is
that we won't do people's homework for them unless they can show that
they have made a decent attempt at the problem (in which case a prod in
the right direction may be enough).

The problem is to convert the information into something more
mathematical, and then searching through your lecture notes to find the
relevant equations.
