Given a binary trial with two predictors, how does one test for
interaction?

For example, we test for high blood pressure with obesity and smoking
as predictors. If the breakdown for the binary results of 30 trials
can be expressed with the table:

obese
0 1
smoker --------
0|.1 .27
|
       1|.13 .5

How does one test for interaction?
