Re: Testing a Pseudo-Random Generator

The third chapter of "System Modeling and Simulation An Introduction"
by Frank Severence has a brief introduction to random number generators
including some information about testing the statistical properties of
same. It in no way substitutes for reading more advanced texts, but
might be useful as a quick, relatively easy, read to prepare for
reading more advanced literature.
