Median 4 Even Set, How to Capture them?

Hi everyone,

Say you have an even set of data such as:

4
7
8
9

The median is (7+8)/2=7.5..............my question is:

Is there an Excel function that can capture the two middle #s, i.e. 7
and 8? In other words, I am not interested in the 7.5
but the 7 & 8.
