Test of Fit

I have a study with 3 independent quantatitive variables -- say time,
temperature and weight. Each has four fixed levels. There is then a
dependent yield variable that takes on continuous values.
What would be the SAS code to do a test for fit? That is to test for
linear fit, quadratic, cubic, etc? I think Ive been able to figure out
how to test a model with a single independent variable, but Im not sure
how to test an overall model with multiple independent quantatitive
variables.
