Software suggestions

Imagine you have a table.

Results..............Var1..........Var2........Var3
1.2..................5..............6
1.8..................9.21...........5.41
1.5..................5.8............6.5
etc


I want some software that can be used to calculate a formula with
predictions and errors for the result. I would like it too to tell me if
variables are not significant etc.

Note: I know I can do it with excel but I would rather have some
software pre written and save me some work.
