a novice asks about ANOVA

I'm learning statistics and would like to know ANOVA. I have done the
ANOVA (single factor) with MS Excel. I know that ANOVA indicates the
differences between groups. Here is the values I got from Excel
generated Anova (single value)of 20 groups of 3:

F: 2.5 P: 0.007, F crit: 1.85 and cofidence level was 95%.

Since F 2.5 is > F crit 1.85, can I say the difference is very
significant? What role does P play? What if for same values of F we get
very very smmaller P values?

.
