Actually, I´m talking about the Spanish insurance department, and the law is very vague regarding how you have to prove sufficiency and homogeneity. All is says is you have to prove it (asking my boss wouldn´t help either, he´s a lawyer, and I´m the only one responsible for all numbers.)
I posted the question to find out wether there are standard methods that are generally used for this purpose, for example there´s a ton of literature on testing the homogeneity among two samples, but is homogeneity on just one sample not usually tested?
