K-L Distance

Hi all,

In my work the current situation demands computing the Kullback-Leibler
distance between two pdf's obtained by using kernel density estimation.
I guess this is not possible analytically as it involves integration
between two continuous distribution functions.

Can anyone help out there? Any suggestion at all or any related matlab
file would be of great help.
