hierarchical clustering - average linkage

Hi,

I have one question regarding on the algorithm of average linkage
clustering. Does anyone help me in giving full algorithm of average
linkage clustering? It will be pleasure if someone can give in S-PLUS
programming on how to write a programme of average linkage. I know
there are call function in S-PLUS to do average linkage clustering, but
i want the full programming of it.
