No, that picture was taken long before the ASA acquired any sense
of humor or started selling the t-shirts with funny slogans.

For THAT group picture, the appropriate t-shirt would have had
the saying

"Ignorance is Bliss"

a double-entendre immortalized by Jimmie Savage on the old
fella standing on his left. :-)
