Interpretation of 2 way ANOVA

Hi, I have completed the process of the 2 way ANOVA, my results were as
follows:

My interpretation of this data is that there is no interaction between
the two variables because the residual mean square was smaller compared
to the column and row mean square. My other interpretation is that the
independent variables did have a significant change on the dependent
variable (that it didn't occur by chance). I was wondering if my
interpretations are correct. I also am wondering what F crit. means.
Thank you so much for your help.
