Ranked Probability Skill Score problem

Hi, I would appreciate any help I can get to be able to calculate the
Ranked Probability Skill Score (RPSS) for my simulations.
I have produced deterministic simulation results (10 different runs for
the same input) which I want to compare to observed data. I have to do
this probabilistic. I will first transfer the simulations into 3
categories (below, above and normal). After that I will calculate the
RPSS. But at the moment I have not solved how this is supposed to be
done. Can anybody help me with this?
I would appreciate any help I can get in form of a MATLAB file (or any
other program code) or just a description of the steps that I will do
to calculate the RPSS.
Best regards
Patrik
